Personal Information Collected
In the course of serving our customers Shoma.net Computer (LLC) receives, stores and
transmits data that may be private or sensitive. Some of these data are provided to us
by our customers in order that we may provide service. Examples of these data include
your business name, telephone number and credit card information. Other data is created
and stored by Shoma.net Computer (LLC) as we configure and maintain customers' service.
Examples of this data include your choice of service and logs of your account activity.
Shoma.net Computer (LLC) also uses cookies to track usage of our website in aggregate.
Disclosure of Customer Information and Communications.
Shoma.net Computer (LLC) will not disclose its customers' personal and account data
unless we have reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to
identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing
harm or interfering with the rights or property of Shoma.net Computer (LLC), Shoma.net
Computer (LLC)'s customers, or others, or where Shoma.net Computer (LLC) has a good
faith belief that the law requires such disclosure. Shoma.net Computer (LLC) also will
not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any
electronic mail or other electronic communications that Shoma.net Computer (LLC) stores
or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Shoma.net Computer (LLC)
will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
- it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
- it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Shoma.net Computer (LLC)
and its customers; and
- it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal
process that Shoma.net Computer (LLC) determines in its sole discretion to be
valid and enforceable; and
- it is necessary to provide a law enforcement agency when the contacts are
inadvertently obtained by Shoma.net Computer (LLC) and appear to pertain to the
commission of a crime.
Modification of Customer Information
Customers may modify their personal information by emailing support@Shoma.net or by
opening a helpdesk ticket.
